Service reports, calibration certificates and spare parts lists for the plants we maintain, available whenever you need them.
Sign reports online
Sign service reports from the portal, with no printing or scanning. Every signature records user, date and time, and a signed document can no longer be changed.
Automatic copies
Signed documents are sent automatically to the addresses you choose, such as your environmental or accounts department.
No passwords
Sign in with your company email and a one-time code valid for a few minutes: no password to remember or to have stolen.
Download any time
Download documents to file them or show them during an inspection, without having to ask us.
Multiple users per company
Give access to the colleagues who need it, each with their own named account.
How to get started
The portal is free for APS Automazione customers with plants under service.

Request
Fill in and sign the request form, listing the users and the recipients of copies.

Activation
We review the request and activate the accounts of the listed users.

First sign-in
Each user signs in with their company email and the code they receive.

Documents online
After every visit you'll find the new documents to view, sign and download.
Secure, traceable access
Portal documents carry weight with the authorities, so every sign-in and every signature leaves a record.
Use of the portal is governed by the SaaS terms of service (in Italian).
